::This friggin guy. I love this guy. The proprietor of La Madeleine is a half French brilliant chef that speaks four languages now, and is learning a fifth, and basically does four different jobs on any given evening. All in the name of creating a truly incredible experience in a welcoming environment to any potential visitors. He is my hero and the wind beneath my wings. His little gem is nestled into the side of a museum but, still somehow removed from it in it’s own little world. Overlooking the street, it’s as if it were plucked from the outskirts of Paris and plopped into this tiny, unassuming town. Come with an empty belly, an open mind and lots of time to take it in!

::Menu of the day was cheap and delicious, our waiter spoke Spanish, English and French and was helpful throughout our meal. Outside seating via a terrace area inside, very nice in the sun
