  **!!BED BUGS!!** Worst hostel I’ve ever stayed in. Do not stay here!! Does not even deserve one star! ** update: APPARENTLY after looking at the previous comments, it seems very common for this place to ALWAYS have bed bugs... does not seem like the problem is being dealt with adequately.. ever. ** We had a horrible experience staying at this hostel not just because of the bed bugs we received from staying the night but because of the owner of the hostel!! We received no apology, no offer to help cover the costs of laundry and especially no reimbursement for our stay in the hostel. Multiple times we asked to meet with the owner and either received no reply or the staff said they were out. All we wanted was an apology and maybe to discuss sharing some of the laundry costs. I can guarantee you that this hostel is not run up to standards as the owners do not care about who is staying there OR the cleanliness of this hostel. Avoid at all cost unless you want to snuggle with bedbugs and then have to pay for all your laundry out of pocket after(very pricey in Argentina).

  Good hostel and close to the main plazas in Salta. Friendly staff !

  Really cozy place, close to the middle of town. Great cafés and food options nearby. The dude at reception was wonderful!

  Stay clear I would give it 0 stars if it was possible. Having put a deposit for a one night, we turned up and the room they offered was a mold trap. The mold on the ceiling had been recently painted over and the paint had flaked all over one of the beds we were given. We asked to speak to the manager and he could not be bothered and would not give back the deposit as we were cancelling the stay. A complete con..

  Nice hostel but comes with a good chance of bed bugs! Staff seem to think it's an inevitable part of running a hostel.
