  The attention of the very friendly staff, attentive at all times, the breakfast very complete, varied and abundant. The inn is accessible to all sides. What I did notice is the lack of maintenance, peeling paint, broken glass in a door, in the part of the heated pool, the bathrooms were dirty and at a certain point everything began to flood. The photos show otherwise...

  Hi, I was staying with my family for one night. There is no price-quality relationship. The accommodation looks nice but ... there is a musty smell .... the heating by heater did not work ... they had to change our room ... Clean but very run down ... The breakfast was quite poor ... I only emphasize the attention of the employees.

  -Terrible price-quality ratio -We were not heated. The heater in the room kept going off, a danger! They gave us no other solution than a box of matches (???????) -The bathroom had shampoo and conditioner dispensers. none worked -One towel per person. No hygiene items in the bathroom. -Little or no response from staff. -Cold heated pool. -The spa service does not exist. -The cleaning of common areas leaves a lot to be desired. -Breakfast not according to the price of the stay ZERO RECOMMENDED.

  The location is very good. The hotel in general is fine but I found it very expensive for what they offer, I expected something else. They are poorly organized with the heated pool service: first they tell you that you have to reserve so as not to mix people due to covid (since the dining room was full of people without any type of protocol) and then they enabled sharing a pool and not knowing that guests generate bad time between them. They don't give you a towel for the pool either, so by not notifying you, you don't have any more towel than the one they give you to bathe in. They change your towels every 2 days, that's fine with me. Breakfast seemed very basic to me, it's good to be served at the table but always the same: croissants and Creoles; bread with butter and jam. There is no fruit or other options. I did not like the TV service, there were channels that did not work and it was difficult to start. Wifi is only in the dining room or entrance, nothing in the rooms and on top of that there is no good cell phone data signal, so practically incommunicado, that was what seemed worst to me. I can highlight the attention of the blonde lady, very kind and predisposed.

  The complex is very good. The rooms are spacious and functional, without luxury, but arranged and with everything you need and all have a good view. The complex has a nice park with a pool and sun loungers and a very nice winter pool. Breakfast is simple but abundant and the dining room is all glazed with views. Nice to spend a few days with the family.
