  Te cansan con tanta info en la App pero 6 horas antes dan de baja al vuelo , me entero porque fui siguiendo el tema por web, tardaron 2 horas para acomodar a la familia en un vuelo, logicamente todos separados, y no fue una vez sola, no puedo repetir la angustia, nunca mas vuelo con esta empresa

  Compré un pasaje a Santiago Chile y hubo una equivocación con la fecha de regreso. No me cambiaron el pasaje y tuve que comprar otro pasaje a un precio carísimo.Error o mala intención ?. El servicio ha cambiado mucho. No viajaré mas por Latam

  Three flights now where my pregnant wife and I have been seated apart, although the seats next to us have been empty. If it is policy to separate families then LATAM needs to change their policies or go out of business to make room for better companies.

  I have never seen such service. First they delayed the flight for two hours without any explanation, when we boarded the aircraft, stayed where for one our more, got back to the airport to wait for 5 more ours. If you have choice never fly with them

  The personal at this airport is a shame. There's no priority line. They always give contradictory messages. The treatment to passengers is disrespectful.
