  The washing was done well and the clothes were dry and ready when they said they would be ready. We checked what was returned to us st the desk and handed back the one item that wasn’t ours. But we had lost a sock. Not a big deal but you may wish to check what is returned to you before you leave. The price seemed a little high. On our trips we have about four kilos. This costs aud15 to aud 20 each time. The last time was aud 17 in the UK. Here it was aud 25. This may because they charge by item and not kilo. So maybe consider whether you want to give them small items. We watched the two people in front of us seperate their clothes into large and small after they discovered the method of charging. Overall recommend. Hope our experience helps you.
