  Excellent place to stay. Modern, simple and clean. Can't ask for anything more. It has a garage, and yapa has a laundry room, patio and pool. The attention is very good, and the price is more than reasonable.

  Excellent place to stay in the Muñiz, Bella Vista, San Miguel area; especially for mid to longer term stays. Comfortable rooms (actually small apartments) with A/C, fridge and stove tops. Wi-Fi in the room is very good with bandwidth allowing for any kind of use (work, video calls, watching Netflix, etc). A backyard to relax in the evening and a newly built pool to refresh. There is also a laundry room with washer and dryer available to guests. The neighborhood is quiet and convenient, with a variety of grocery shops around the corner. Two blocks from the "Corredor" which is a nice walk to Bella Vista with many dining options. Muñiz itself and San Miguel are close enough with restaurants, coffee shops, breweries, etc. The Muñiz train station is also two blocks away, from where you can train to Buenos Aires (Palermo or Retiro stations) for a really cheap price (recommended avoiding the crowds in the train at morning/evening rush hours if you want to get a seat). The owners/hosts are very flexible and helpful.
