  The very good attention was saved by the clinical doctor on duty (with a Venezuelan accent), I don't know her name, who treated me like garbage, super arrogant, she even raised her voice aggressively, a disgusting person, she can't handle it thus a professional. A shame

  A shame after the pandemic. The one who takes turns speaks to you in a bad way. Supposedly they give you shifts by wasap. There are never shifts I need for cardio and they never have. Since May I've been asking for a shift and there isn't. Today again. They told me to send wasap on June 28, a disaster.

There is a lack of medical personnel, but those who are there provide very good care, what leaves much to improve is always the administrative personnel, their ways of speaking are not correct for the position they occupy.
