  Staff wasn't there when we arrived. We have to call a number and have to wait 30 minutes. They doesn't speak english here only Spanish. So things are getting quite complicated. They also don't handover the car, they just said that the car is somewhere in the parking area and we have to search. Car was dirty and full of scratches. Returning the car worked well.
