  The area is truly amazing with great views and lovely surroundings. The hotel needs a renovation as now a day is pretty basic. The breakfast needs to improve and provide fresh and high quality food. The staff is adorable. Walk around the Chapelco Club and enjoy the swimming on the river.

  Very nice Golf Resort, rooms are large and comfortable. Food is good and dining areas well appointed with great wait staff. Air conditioning is only available in some suites so ask if you want or need it.

  Absolutely gorgeous place had a beautiful stay. Staff was very pleasant and helpful but a few things cost me five stars. My key card didn't work 50% of the time and also had a few problems with the hot water functioning. A minor little thing that vaguely bothered was the fact that all the taps aren't labelled hot & cold or caliente & frío. Aside from those little things it was a wonderful stay and if I'm ever back in San Martin de los Andes I would love to stay here again.

  Excellent place. Great attention and awesome staff providing the best service. Reliable Internet service. Breakfast very delicious made with high quality products. If you are looking for a quiet place sorrounded by forest and vegetation Loi suites Chapelco is the place. I would only recommend some shuttle service to San Martin de Los Andes town during high season and also offer alternative menu during Christmas and New Year. Great service guys can't wait to visit you again in the next Christmas season.

  We visited as part of a Backroads trip and found this high-end hotel situated within a golf club community a positive surprise. Beautiful views, friendly staff, well appointed rooms and good food in its restaurants.
