  I have swiss medical and they did not want to receive a digital order. They asked me to print it and have it on medical letterhead, after explaining in a million ways that my social work issues prescriptions and digital orders and that it is not necessary to print it because they have a validation QR, they told me that the order was wrong. In short, they did not want to attend to me. Terrible treatment also. I'm not going anymore

  The secretaries never know anything about anything. I have gone twice and they never solve anything for me. They send me to speak to the doctor who was never there, so to take an appointment is a huge complication. I have been dying of a toothache for a month and they don't give me an appointment, they don't care about the patients at all.

  Terrible attention from the telephone operator, I was cordial with her, I just wanted her to explain to me what documentation to bring and I answer in a bad way, we do not deserve that treatment (if it has that better character, do not serve the public, madam).
