::I expected a 5 star hotel for 400-500 usd the night. I will explain WHY you should not waste your time and money there. 1. Are you planning to work? Check news on the phone or computer? It’s impossible. The WIFI WORKS EXTREMELY BAD. I was not even in the second floor. I was pretty close to the reception and still it was the worst connection in TIERRA DEL FUEGO, USHUAIA. 2. Bad service from the receptionists. Instead of giving solutions they answer “oh, it works well for me” Not friendly AT ALL, they don’t even say hi when you enter. The majority of the places when you ask recommendation they would kindly talk, show and explain. NOT THE CASE HERE. 3. Variety for breakfast could be better and they RUSH to take out your dishes, INTERRUPTING CONVERSATIONS. Even when you have just one plate. AND WHEN THE SALON IS ALMOST EMPTY. I don’t understand this behavior. 4. The hotel is in a development zone, NO LIGHTS IN THE ROAD!! If you drive you should be really careful. 5. The restaurant - they are a wanna be gourmet. They should try with traditional plates/dishes I put 2 star because the attention at night in the restaurant/bar is excellent. And OUR room and view was incredible. I would not recommend this hotel.

::GREAT! They picked us up at the hotel on time and the driver wanted to stop and take a photo of us. At check-in, they gave us hot chocolate. The hotel itself is gorgeous -- everything is picture worthy. We loved our room and splurged on the room with a view. We visited in February and we felt like the outside looked tropical, almost like Hawaii; which is surprising for being at the end of the world. The staff was 10/10 and the restaurant is REALLY good. My husband is sin-tacc / gluten free and they really catered to him. If you're wondering if you should stay here, stop thinking and just do it. It made our entire trip to Ushuaia so, so special.
