For Argentina, this is definitely a 5 star hotel. The restaurant is one of the best in Santa Fe and the service was really great, which is also a rarity in Argentina. Rooms are spacious and they actually have a working indoor jacuzzi and outdoor rooftop pool with panoramic views of the city and port

We had a wonderful lunch at the restaurant. Our plan was to go to the pool as they offer day passes for people living in the city. It was over 100 degrees Fahrenheit. My fiancé has paid for a pass in the past. We went up to the top floor to check in and pay and security and front desk even brought us up even after they asked us if we were guests of the hotel and we said no. The pool was only 1/2 full and we were excited to finally be there to get some relief from the heat. We were told they no longer accept guests for day passes on the weekends. We pleaded with her to be practical as there was only 3 hours of daylight left. She seemed happily intent on making us unhappy. We went downstairs to talk with the receptionist and even though she was nice she was still sticking to this rule. It’s just not common sense or practical to deny people as the pool was nowhere close to being full. Santa Fe acts like it wants to be respected for tourism but this will not happen with a lack of common sense training for people with the money to pay and would have been so happy to get relief from the 100 degree heat.

Great views from the room, former industrial site converted to hotel at the waterside, nice bar, good food, rooftop swimming pool and spa. Would definitely recommend!
