  Dissatisfied with the service, in person, online, and by phone. For advisors, there was always the same employee, and she never found an answer or solution to the procedures for which I went. There should be at least two, and you should have the option of having someone else try to resolve the concerns. It is just a single example that I mention. It is only the service that I comment on, because the attention of the person lacked kindness and predisposition.

  My initial experience: I had to go three times to open a savings account; In the first opportunity they recommended that I open the account from the Macro mobile app, which never worked, for a week every day trying. Although the treatment was always friendly, it was not always efficient. The person who finally did the job was Martín Campisi; I thank you very much for your attention, practicality and efficiency, excellent representative of the Bank. 👏 We will see from now on how things turn out. I recommend the Whyline app to make an appointment and be attended to when you arrive at the store (in this case the Bank).
