  Good attention. They should call the numbers because of how people are coming. Not by customer priority. It looks ugly.

  the attention of the staff is terrible since they do not give the corresponding explanations and do not take into account the good behavior of payment towards old clients. Mr. Alejandro Matarozo, who at the time was the manager of this branch and who gave me the services of the bank plus the Visa card, told me not to renew it for no reason. As far as I know, today he is a zone manager. I'm still waiting for them to give me a valid reason not to renew my card since it was FROM the Macro Balvanera branch bank (Alejandro Matarozo) who ordered them not to renew my card. I find it disrespectful having clients who sell, from their knowledge, apocryphal invoices. I don't understand why they take away services from a regular client without any explanation. No star.
