  The ATMs work badly or they run out of money for the weekend and they just put money back on Monday at 3pm! During hours when the bank is closed, there are vagrants at the door or installed inside the ATM sector. What security do you offer customers? I have made the claim and they do not give an answer.

  Good attention. A disaster the ATMs never have money or out of service .. half the time I always go they have something

  They do not respect shift schedules. Today I took a turn to the till at 09:00 it was 09:15 and they did not attend to me. The shift system I understand is for a better organization of the people within the bank and tmb helps those who use it to choose the time that suits them best ... (As I was informed at the bank the boxes open at 09, take out the first shift at whyline, but before me there were two people who I don't know which shift they would have ...) Anyway ... I had to retire because otherwise I was late for work. The shift and the time you put into respecting it was all in vain but they ask you to respect the shift hours, for what? To see your face? ...

  I HAVE TRIED TO COMMUNICATE SEVERAL TIMES ON THE PHONE 4341575 AND NO ONE IS SERVING ME. IT WOULD BE BENEFICIAL FOR THE CUSTOMERS OF THIS BANK FOR THIS SERVICE TO BE REGULATED. THANK YOU!
