Of all the banks I work with , I prefer this one and especially the Lanús branch , from the security man at the door to the operational manager , they help you solve all the problems , my congratulations , and may they be a model branch for the rest of the banks

I called by phone to be able to cash a check from another branch and Andres answered me and solved the problem for me 10 points

When I was a client I had no major problems but it was approx. 3 years that they do not serve well and they inform you badly to get rid of you, they make you go a thousand times for each thing (because they canceled the communication channels without permission), and the bank in general has been disrupting since the pandemic began. That branch takes a long time to attend, and the ATM area is not completely clean, and the ATMs do not allow immediate deposits to be made.

I hate this branch, the worst attention. If when you go the blonde woman with curlers who attends you in the box up front touches you, better not even try, she is going to waste your time, she is going to lie to you and she is not going to help you. He treats you as if you were the worst in the world, he will send you 2 hours to a phone that is there in the branch, he will give you the instructions so that you do everything in the most difficult way and that you waste more time. My advice, change your bank or go to another branch where she is not. The worst treatment, the worst care, horrible. I say it from my experience

It always takes between 1:30 and 2 hours to be attended by the cashier. Last week (3 weeks February 2018) there was only one cashier to serve the entire public, it is not fair for her to have the entire workload of cashier service and less for those who carry out cashier operations. While she was alone, the security personnel handled the delivery of checks by another employee, this was at 2.30 pm when closing time approached. I took out the NRO at 2:00 p.m. and was attended at 3:00 p.m. Obviously the branch manager fails, who does not know how to manage, is not interested in or is not controlled by the head office.
