::The bank is a service provider, however they act as if they belonged to the NOBILITY, they do not comply with basic rules of procedure. I did not know about purchases that were made with my stolen card, and it turns out that they do not refund the money because they say that I was in the stores, I have the location of the day I reported the card, I DID NOT KNOW THEY PURCHASED, and they protect thieves instead of your CUSTOMERS, SHAME FOR OTHERS, you have to LEGALLY make the BANK AUTHORITIES pay their responsibilities.
