  I agree, but at certain times I should have more staff to attend. Security personnel collaborate a lot, when there are problems and help the public.

  One of the worst experiences I've had with banks. I went early and got a number for a cashier operation, and I was waiting almost three hours, while people who arrived almost two hours after me were attended to in 5 minutes. Know that the shift delivery system is the worst.
