  The branch is small but in good general condition and organized, there are usually few people and everything is more agile. The times I went I had no problem. I also want to highlight Julia's attention as an account executive, totally professional, very attentive and responsible. He answers all questions and advises perfectly.

  It's a mess they have me on one side and the other, and the employees don't know what forms I need to fill out. They sent me to the telephone service that replied that the employees are the ones who must do the paperwork.
