::It is a bank that has GREAT contempt for its customers and I am referring to the MACRO BRANCH of the City of Rafaela, Branch of Calle 25 de Mayo. Its Manager is insensitive and not very empathetic with the people who go there, since one morning, a young couple who went to cash a check, spent more than 3 hours at the branch waiting a turn for a process that lasted 2 minutes, a shame, since it was evident that he had the cashiers working on something else and not serving customers. It doesn't deserve a star, it deserves 5 cockroaches. Hopefully someone will draw attention to this individual. In addition, they defecate in a law that states that you should not be waiting more than 30 minutes for a process and they do NOT have a physical complaint book.
