  Terrible the worst bank and the worst branch! More than a year ago they told my husband that the card had taken so long to arrive (because it took a long time), because since he asked for an extension, they wanted the two to arrive together, the extension NEVER arrived, I called and never attend. They understood me by chance, last week, after trying for more than 3 hours, I asked what happened with the extension and they told me that they never asked for one! Are the worst! Do yourself a favor and get another card!
