  Terrible attention, with or without shifts, being alone, I always wait between 40-45 min. And the lady at the entrance, superb.

  The branch is very neglected, they have only two boxes (of which at times only operate one at a time) and two boxes. And between a customer leaving a box and call the next, they can spend at least 5 minutes, so the waiting times are very long, and then in the box they serve you in 30 seconds and not in the best possible way. Luckily, I'm not a customer of the bank and I would hope that I do not have to go back.
