  They charge a copayment which OSDE does not authorize and they see as illegal. Also they don't give you a receipt. What a mess...

  I really never go back. When I asked for the appointment, it was expressly to remove a wart. I was charged a "copayment" which was cash only and no bill. To tell me that the machine was broken. A disaster.
