  Shameful! My wife asked for an appointment 15 days ago and when we arrived the secretary told us that Dr. García hadn't attended for 5 years because of Osseg. The website of the Martínez medical center is outdated, he said. What a bummer and waste of time. A mockery!

  I had a shift at 4:40 p.m. I was there until 6:30 p.m. waiting for them to attend to me. I don't know why they take turns if they know that the doctor spends about 20 minutes with each patient. I think it's disrespectful, I had to complain to the receptionist and her response was "but hey, tell me your last name... oh you're the next one". Let's see when they do a customer service course to improve the disaster they are receiving patients.
