::Today I went at 1 pm because I had a shift with an endocrinologist, when the doctor arrived she had canceled the shifts for a conference. In the digital era...mail, cell phone, WhatsApp, nobody warned me! A lack of respect! And the rescheduling of the shift for 15 days, another lack of respect!

::Never have a medical emergency and want to make an appointment here because they're going to give you a "half-time" and if not, wait for two weeks, who knows. When you arrive, some doctors see you like 2 hours later if you're lucky. A disaster left me unattended because I was literally from 11 to 2:15 p.m., 1:15 p.m. was supposed to be halftime. I stayed because they couldn't tell me if they were going to call me before 1:15 p.m. or later, which was neither before nor after. I was there until 2:15 p.m. and they still did not attend to me and I had to cancel the shift, disastrous how they handle the truth. And there are doctors who spend about half an hour with each patient when it is well known that it is a consultation, not a therapy session.

::I must highlight the excellent care received in a surgery that I had yesterday, from Admission, nurses, anesthesiologist, and doctor who intervened all of excellence.
