  They could be the best in the city, but....... subtracts the fact that the pizzas have about 10 cm of edges!!

  When they opened on Funes the pizzas were excellent, as good or better than the original ones from Rosario. The last time, a couple of months ago, they seemed to have changed their pizza maker: not a trace of the spectacular product that we knew how to taste: it was essentially noticeable in the dough, which was what made it stand out.   After returning to the place after a series of pleasant visits, I found a pizza that failed in what is the heart of a NY pizza: the dough. It was not browned at all, a completely excessive cornicione (pizza edge), not typical of this style of pizza, in addition to the clear lack of cooking of it. I was not comfortable at all. I hope they fix all this as soon as possible.
