  My experience was terrible, I went six times to pick up a form to renew my son's certificate, if you don't have everything complete they don't give you an appointment, take the papers, they give me an appointment (the employee is supposed to be trained), we went and they were wrong The attention is discriminatory, as if they were judging you, or they had to do you a favor. The certificate is a patient's right. They do not have enough knowledge of how to treat a person, they should train the staff, error after error, It cost me two months of wasted time. To read a little more, knowledge has no place, and there is always the possibility of improvement.
