  I have been trying to call for more than a week and in the morning it is busy at all hours, it is practically impossible for them to be on the phone all the time. It can't be that I have to go to the office for a shift, since they don't want people to crowd there either.

  Very good attention. What gives peace of mind is that the shifts are organized according to the reason for the consultation. If it is for a well-child checkup, it takes one hour and after that time, they give you a turn to see if your child is sick. I think the idea is excellent.
