  The credit guys on the first floor give excellent service. But, the guards (both) are very unpleasant and I witnessed how they mistreat the retirees who are going to collect. I understand that they have orders to fulfill but you can have a pleasant treatment and even more so with older people.

  Very bad attention. They are inefficient and lazy. They made me go twice and they had not done the administrative management. On top of that, the cashier had the cheek to complain because he said that I was wasting his time! Cheers them !!!. None had the decency to apologize for the inconvenience caused. In addition, even the security man yells and mistreats people. This happened on THURSDAY 08OCT20 at 12:20 p.m. It is the typical behavior that is attributed to public employees; Is it because they can't be fired?

  The attention inside the bank is a little slow and there is usually a wait. In addition, people usually line up in the morning before it opens (they are usually senior citizens). On the side there is an entrance for ATMs, open to the public 24 hours a day. They operate with Red Link, and have 3 machines available.
