::I don't think I've ever received a better haircut than the one I got from Javier. I'm an NYU student living and studying in BsAs for the year and, after much equivocation, I decided that I was finally ready to chop off my messy, curly, long hair and have the pixie cut I always wanted. I googled and googled looking for the perfect person to do the job, and did not find one negative thing to be said about Javier - and for good reason! The man is an absolute joy! I emailed him and explained what I wanted (a pixie cut). We scheduled an appointment but he refused to agree to chop off my hair until meeting me, seeing my hair, face shape, etc because he is very opposed to ruining anyone's hair. He's very detail orientated and very good at what he does. I really have never been more pleased with my hair. When I arrived at his private salon, we sat and drank coffee and looked through pictures to decide exactly what I wanted and what he thought would look best. It was a completely personalized and perfect experience. I'm back at home in the USA for the holidays now - due to return to Argentina in a little under a month - and I'm just about ready to have another haircut... but I'm scared to go to anyone here because I don't want them to mess up the amazing work Javier did!! I'll honestly probably just wait until I'm back. The man is a genius. If you want a haircut and you're in Argentina, go to Javier. You know you'll be in good, talented, and meticulous hands.
