  Excellent attention. Very satisfied with pediatrics. I had not been able to communicate but the web shifts work.

  Terrible attention from the receptionist. He does not answer the landline. You write on WhatsApp and he refuses to give you a turn. I explained to her that I am from the countryside, she told me: - I am working ma'am, not lying on the couch at home (I just left work after having tried to communicate 6 times by calling throughout 5 hours) very indignant with the lack of rudeness of the receptionist who called me later to yell at me, but did not assign me the shift. 9/7/2021 at 2:00 p.m. Although not all are the same. In March I took an appointment via WhatsApp without having to leave my job to go in person with a very friendly receptionist. I would tell the current receptionist that there are people who live and work more than 30km from the office. Not all of us live in the city, Mrs. rude.

  My pregnant lady had a shift at 1:30 p.m. and they attended her at 3:10 p.m. and it is not the first time it has happened..
