  Had a very bad experience here at the spa. Firstly, none of the showers work. Neither the Scottish showers or the regular showers (one of which had a broken door, the other of which did not have any steady water.) More importantly, there was no shower soap to be found and I had to ask for it. So, if you like swimming in pools where people swim after taking no showers and sitting in their own sweat in the saunas, go for it. I personally find that disgusting and unsanitary. I was also never given “tea” or anything else from the deli that the offer included. I asked for a refund since I was only there for 20 minutes, but they refused because it was Sunday and “there was no management there.” I would strongly avoid and try go somewhere else. Notice: the reply below is a complete and total lie. I made all of this known to the staff at the time and asked for a refund, which they refused. Not only is the establishment sub-par, but they are also dishonest.

  This a review about their spa, not the hotel. But if the hotel is like the spa I would stay away as well. They sell a spa package that the employees don’t know about. Miscommunication all over. The hot tub is not hot, but they don’t mention it, same temp as the pool. Massage rooms are super small, and again they didn’t give us the extra 15 minutes they promise on the package. They put loud music in the pool that disturbs the massage. No soap and shampoo in the showers to wash off the cheap oil/lotion they use for the massage. Stay away from their “spa”.

  We stayed several years ago and it was so peaceful. We had fire place ready to go with wood ready in the fire place, heated floor, indoor-outdoor pool, beautiful view of the lake, fresh and daily baked pastries, and easy access from the main road. Will definitely stay again.

  Very nice place. Excellent views from everywhere! Unfortunately we had to chance two times the room due to internal logistics. Bas internet service. You can do better!! Excellent staff always there to help.

  I had the pleasure to stay here for 3 wonderful nights. All the personnel were awesome with us, ready for everything that could come up, very professional team. The lodge was very comfortable, the beds were premium quality, and the installations were top class either. Breakfasts were abudant and the food delicious, specially the pastrys. Pool and spa were also in perfect conditions, very clean and comfortable Definitely i would stay here if I'm in Bariloche again. Best
