::Specifically my opinion is about ATMs. In general throughout the city they are a disaster. If they do not have money (which could become understandable depending on the case) or they do not work, or they do not have tickets or what is worse they work but at some point they "swallow" the cards. Punctually those of Av. May 25 to 50. And here in the Central Bank of the Bank, in the ATMs for the EXCLUSIVE use of deposits and transfers, the four machines never work. Hopefully two. And hopefully one issues tickets. And many times NONE works. The service is really HORRIBLE in this regard. It is all very well to move forward with technology and implement virtual wallets and such, but they could invest a little more funds and attention to the maintenance of the ATMs.
