She just laughed and I waited like a fool for them to attend to me. The place is in good condition but the attention is a disaster!! I don't recommend it at all

::It is almost impossible to communicate by phone, 6.10 and even 25 minutes with that horrible song "we are with you, we are with you" please! Pick up the phone! And to be fair: The place is immaculately clean. Professional care is good. The waiting time in the place is not long. They should only improve the telephone attention. PLEASE!
