::The package arrived safely, but it took a long time compared to other couriers! In addition, the "visit in progress" appeared in the follow-up and they brought it to me the next day, so I spent a day and a half without being able to leave my house waiting for them to come. They do not give you the option of picking up the package from the branch (mine was in the branch on a Saturday and they just brought it to me on a Tuesday) and if you call 0800 they tell you to write through social networks and the answers they give you there are of no use Nothing, they just look at the tracking and tell you where the package is, but they don't solve the issue of being able to go look for it at the branch. Anyway, lousy service, I don't give it 1 star just because the package arrived healthy.
