  Appalling! According to the order tracking, I went through the address twice, they never did. They still have the delicacy to return the product to the sender. Calls never answered. You go to the branch and they tell you your order is delivered by the delivery man and..... And there we are, a shame

  PAY A FEE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE IN A TIMELY FORM, THE SHIPMENT ARRIVED ON 03/17/22 AT THE GUALEGUAYCHU BRANCH, AND I AM STILL WAITING TODAY 03/21 FOR IT TO ARRIVE AT MY HOME, WHEN I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED IT 4 DAYS AGO. CALLING THE BRANCH IS A DELIRIUM BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWER

  A disaster the service !!! Always with the excuse that there is no one, having contact numbers! Total lack of seriousness, They do not answer the phone, nor do they care about making deliveries in the correct time !!

  Bad experience in my case with the delivery man. Already 2 times the same guy from the white fiat 147 who says he doesn't have time for the owner of the house to receive the package in a poorly expressed way. The first time I had to go to an address to look for the package that he told me on the phone when I called him because when I went to attend to him, he was no longer there. Now he almost went away but he just left quickly to be able to attend to him. And the same as last time that he can't wait all day because he doesn't have time. It seems to me that if this guy doesn't want to wait even 5 minutes, leave room for someone else who wants to work and has more time than the Lord.
