::I went 5 or 6 times to collect things at different times and everything was fine, without any problem. They attended normal and well predisposed. The days that were late were clearly because there were a lot of people and I didn't see any particular problem. I only left a little upset when I opened the package outside and the Spain shirt didn't come with Iniesta's 6 as in the ML post :-( but with the OCA employees everything was fine :-)
