When you buy in a store, they dispatch your order quickly and they deliver it when they want, you call and they tell you that they are delivering in Ayacucho and the package never arrives and on top of that you have to wait until the next week for them to deliver, because they do deliveries here on Thursdays , a disaster . You have free shipping and it turns out that later you have to pay a broker to pick it up.

  It's amazing how long it takes to bring you the packages and how lazy they are to update the statuses. I have the tracking code of the product and for 72 hours (working hours) they haven't updated the status. I have no idea where my package will be.
