::I would like to know why you never answer the phone, I am from another town

::Cool. Running hours. Good attention. The person who attends is always friendly and is decisive. It annoyed me to go at the last moment, almost at closing time last time, I apologized but super attentive and without problems!

::Disastrous. They say they go through the home but they don't even come close to the door, they don't answer the phone or the customer service through the page's chat. A disaster

::I FELT SCAMMED AND ROBBED: I went to look for a package that from the branch they sent me told me it was $830 and today when I pick up the package they charged me $1280 with the excuse that the package was over 5 kilos of parcel (or by insurance or whatever because they were inventing the reason for the difference in money on the fly). When they told me about the excess weight, I pointed out that the delivery note says it weighs 4.92k (it was originally weighed) and the employee very boldly lifts the package with his hands and says "this weighs more than 5k" (it has scales in his muscles apparently). Question, I couldn't argue anymore because otherwise they wouldn't give me the package and I had to go to the doctor and they are supplies that I needed to work. They are incompetent jerks.

::Good morning!! the service leaves a lot to decline, they tell me by message that we were visited yesterday, when the address reported is a company in which the staff enters from 05:30 to 18:00, customer service 08:30 to 18:00 that is to say, THEY DID NOT PASS, A SHAME, we are not talking about a pair of slippers, but medicines, thanks
