  The worst customer service, lousy service, incompetence, negligence you take your pick. Easily the worst post office in the country, it's amazing to me that their activity is not illegal

  One of the worst mail companies, totally irresponsible and zero commitment to the client, 3 days ago the package arrived at the branch and it is still there, it is seen that my shipment is resting, or they have it in quarantine. I don't know, I wouldn't hire them again

  Very irresponsible, they don't even notify you by email, I'm registered with dope, if it's the same they force you to pick it up at the branch, you have to buy a certain amount of money so that the shipment is free. Terrible goose lost a lot of PRESTIGE ZERO STAR.

  Obviously the service is extremely BAD!!! Since, apparently, if you live in a building they don't even bother to pass or touch the doorman! My case was that, directly, they sent me a text msg (more archaic, impossible) saying that my package is in the branch for 5 days so that I can pick it up... AND THEY NEVER PASSED BY MY HOUSE!!! Obviously I already filed a complaint with my lawyer for making me wait and harming my work.
