::Appalling. In RĂo Gallegos they never deliver parcels at home because they don't go, so they don't leave notice and put in the follow-up that they went and there was no one. They will never deliver. When you go to the office there are dozens of people queuing because no one is taken and everyone has to go to the branch that has very little staff.
