::8 days ago my package arrived at the branch and they still haven't delivered it!! we suck!! I'm not going to look for it because I'm not going to stand in line for an hour... and the phone is totally adornment!

::I want to leave my complaint: first because the time they report is incorrect, it says from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. when they close 5 p.m. I travel from another location with that time and when I arrive despite still the door was open they did not attend me! second: they did not want to give me the complaint book thank you

::Literally the worst shipping handling out there. It takes 3 days to get from Buenos Aires to Trelew, but it takes ONE WEEK for it to get from the Oca branch to my home. Dream that they answer the phone or give you some explanation. Apart from this, the level of education that the employees have there is non-existent directly.
