  They give a very long time range, they make you waste the whole day practically waiting for them, on top of that it says until 6 pm and packages have arrived at 8 pm. Yesterday they directly made me lose the day, on top of that they said they came and there was no one... They should be more organized and set a time range of 2 or 3 hours and not lie in the follow-up because they lose a visit. The delivery people are friendly, the logistics fail

  Yesterday it figured they would come to deliver the parcel and I stayed waiting all day. When I check the shipping process, it appears that they went through my address and found no one. This is a lie !!! Nor did they leave a notification in my mailbox proving the veracity of their attendance. I try to contact the branch's phone number and no one answers. Unserious company.

  Disastrous and lying service, I did not move from my home waiting for a delivery that they notified me by message that it would arrive that day, and a while ago they sent me another message saying that they came by and they did not find me... a total lie, I also live in a building and the concierge was downstairs the whole time and she told me that no one showed up. They also did not leave notification that they happened. It is outrageous that they lie to your face, I do not recommend OCASA at all, I advise you to avoid operating with this deceitful company.

  Very bad service... Mercado Libre should not send the items through this company... not only do they take time, but they say they go through and then you have to wait between 24 and 48 hours when the order is a priority... the truth is a disaster

  The company as such complies, at least I never had a problem with the packages I bought at MercadoLibre, everything always arrived on time. Carriers are attentive and usually call you when you are not at home.
