::I called by phone to make a claim, for a package that was sent to me on Friday the 18th of last week. Today, Thursday the 24th, the package still hasn't arrived. The person who dispatched me personally went to make the claim and was told that yesterday, Wednesday the 23rd, they would dispatch it without fail. Today I called to make the claim since they still haven't shipped and I need the merchandise and I can't keep waiting another week. The man who attended me YELLED at me, treated me SUPER BADLY and cut off the phone. Telling me that they couldn't solve it for me and that I had to wait. Being that if they don't send it to me today, I have to wait the whole long weekend. Therefore my package would take more than 2 weeks to arrive. When the mail days are from 3 to 5. Leaving that aside, the person who attended me, a gentleman KILLED ME FROM TOP TO BOTTOM, far from trying to give me a solution, I DUMPED. I SHOUTED, and CUT MYSELF. They should be ashamed. READ THE COMMENTS, and pay attention that every person who complains about how rude this gentleman is, they are treated as LIARS, they should be ashamed of being so rude and childish and not being able to accept a mistake or bad behavior.

I will stop going, being my priority to fulfill the clients having the assurance that if in 100 shipments one goes wrong which can happen, that ONE can demonstrate to the client that it was dispatched or be able to recover the money with a simple receipt. The place does not deliver it, I lost time, the package and the money from the sale.
