  This morning I was treated very poorly by a young lady who, when I asked her for an alternative solution for a recipe, responded in a very bad way, until I began to cry from impotence and "solved" the problem without saying a word. Gentlemen of OSEP, TRAIN THE PERSONNEL AND TEACH GOOD MANNERS AND GOOD TREATMENT. It is very sad to observe the poor level of care. Atte.
