  In decline This Social Work! All they care about is collecting coinsurance! Terrible attention in all areas... from medical staff to the authorization area. I do not recommend it since the day you need them to assist you they cannot do it, they give a lot of turns with everything. Regrettable! I only put one star because it won't let me post it. Let it be clear that this Social Work is Terrible!

  I went to the dentist, Dra Nahir Romero, it's a shame how dirty the office is, she asked me to rinse my mouth with a glass full of blood, the sink was splattered with blood, the floor too. I told the doctor, I changed the glass and when I told her how dirty the pool was, she told me that it was cleaned only at closing time. When I told him that it was dirty and that it was disgusting to rinse your mouth there, I told him: "don't you think it's disgusting? Whoever cleans it should do it or could you tell me" to which he replied, yes it is disgusting but there are worse things. I find it very disrespectful and irresponsible of you. In addition, he made the same arrangement as the previous time I went, within the same month, and charged me two different things. Before 700, now 400. The girls at the reception are always very attentive and friendly, that's why the two stars.

  I had a shift at 1:00 p.m. and I arrived 7 minutes late because of the traffic and they told me that the doctor left half an hour ago, the receptionists speak kindly when they want and if you don't understand something they are disgusting, that they treat you like this and tell you to take another shift and they give it to you late oh god.
