  This place has money change service. I tried convert dollars to pesos. Banks wouldn't do it. At the time of this writing they bought it at 59 per dollar. Line was long and the actual documentation process was tedious. In addition they accepted only the bills in impeccable shape. Nonetheless the service was exactly what was promised and expected. Later I learned there was a travel agency around the corner where the process was easier at higher rate.
