::In general, when I attended I was received with a very good predisposition and cordiality. The environment looked clean and well organized in different sectors. Unfortunately, I took a star off because of my non-urgent problem (small injury to the sole of my foot) they couldn't see me or refer me to a clinician. On that date, January 7, in the morning there was no clinician in the hospital (as I was informed) since they were on leave or isolated.
