::Comfy bed and great breakfast. A good deal for a business trip to Buenos Aires. The hotel is close to some touristic attractions and has beautiful views of the city. The staff is very kind and helpful.

::Excellent service. The *50 rooms are corner suites looking out over the Sheraton pool. Actually attached to the Sheraton, same building. Park Tower has its own lobby, and elevators, but shares the executive lounge with the Sheraton, which was always overly crowded.

::Checked in for a one week stay at the end of our honeymoon in Argentina, tested positive for COVID the day before we were due to fly home. The staff at Park Tower went above and beyond to care for us during our one week isolation, with check-ins twice a day, a reduced rate on laundry services, hearty room service to keep our strength up, and prompt and professional concierge services throughout our stay. The location is excellent, the pool is very nice in February, and we will definitely stay again on our next visit.

::Unfortunately did not make it to Buenos Aires on the day I was scheduled to arrive due to my flight being cancelled. Park Tower would not refund the first night I was not there, again circumstances beyond my control. However, they refunded my friends room for the same reason. My entire stay they kept saying they would talk to reservations and see what the could do, by the end of my stay we had no answer and now they will not return any of my emails and do not answer the phone. Very poor customer service, even to Marriott status members. Do not recommend staying here. There are much better options in Buenos Aires.

::Such a great hotel. From the atmosphere to the staff. Sure, there were a couple hiccups but they were swiftly resolved. To top it off the team at the lounge, specially Ariel, were top notch. Marriott has a great team that is customer focused at this property
