  I placed an order. I don't know what they understood but more than an hour passed and after contacting an advisor he asked me again for my address. To all this, the person in charge of bringing told me that he was going to the local (?????). That they didn't give him the address, that he was going back to the place and meanwhile, the advisor cut me off the chat (???) Immediately the company Orders Already informed me that they were canceling the order (?????) I clarify that I am a customer of years. What kind of service do they offer? Very poor quality.
